Our goal is to provide quality training in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment cancellation/no-show policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients/students.
This policy is in place out of respect for our instructors/students/clients. By signing up for a class, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Cancellation/No-Show Policy for AlphaCare, Inc. as described below.
There will be no refund in case of inability to complete the class mid training for any reason.
Cancellation of an Appointment:
Appointments are in high demand. It is required that you email at least 24 hours ahead of time if you must cancel an appointment. There is a $25 fee if you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours of notice.
To cancel appointments, please email email@example.com. Leave a message on the email. Refunds will be given minus any credit card fees. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please remember to reschedule on the website. New appointments will NOT be done over the phone.
Late cancellations will be considered as a “no-show”.
“No-shows” inconvenience those individuals who need access to training. A failure to present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show. A “no-show” is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling/rescheduling in the above-mentioned manner. A “no-show” will result in a fee of $25.00. (Loss of your deposit.) This applies to classroom, on-line course, industry, health care provider, lay rescuer and community courses regardless of class size or choice of incorrect class.
